Swimming - Colorado Landing is the perfect place to bring the family for those hot summer days.  The beautiful Colorado River borders the back of the park offering fun in the sun for children and adults alike!  Bring your canoe for a family adventure or grab your tube for a fun and relaxing float down the river. 

A free shuttle service is available to all registered guests so you don't' have to worry about that dreaded trek back to your car!  So come on over, kick back and enjoy yourself.

Fishing - Fish along the Colorado River bank located in the Colorado Landing Park.  Prop your feet up on the pier overhanging the water or launch your boat 1/4 mile from park and drift down the Colorado River.  We are 12 miles from Fayette Lake, one of the best bass fishing lakes in Texas.

Wildlife & Bird Watching - There is a wonderful variety of colorful birds year round in Texas that live on and around the Colorado River.

Trails & Hiking - Within a short walk you can explore the woods, on our 28 acre park.  We have upper and lower river trails.  All trails are shaded and cool.  We even have hike and bike trails.

Then do we have a treat for you!  Walk along our lush river trails and enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the lower Colorado River.  Our old fashioned wooden swings located along the trails provide a perfect setting for nature watchers or sweethearts just wanting to enjoy a peaceful afternoon.  This is a perfect area to relax and slow down from the fast paced world around you.

Scouts are always welcome here at Colorado Landing.  While your stay is completely on us, reservations are required.  Bring your troop and enjoy eventful activities such as canoeing, hiking and swimming.  Come and visit for an awesome and unforgettable scout outing!
